独立学院的特点及其教学模式创新

作为我国高等教育大众化背景下大学办学体制创新的产物,独立学院的办学体制、生源状况、运行模式、教学与管理,师资队伍等都与普通院校存有差异。从现实性来讲,这些差异给独立学院带来发展机遇的同时,更多造就的是现实的困境,并影响着独立学院进一步发展。教学工作作为大学人才培养的核心要素,在独立学院的实施中也遇到了很多新问题,亟待从教学理念、方法、途径、管理等要素出发构建新的教学模式对破解这些问题做出尝试。

Study of Unique Features and Teaching Mode Innovation of Independent College

As the product of university system innovation under the background of China＇s higher education popularization,there are differences in the school system,the source of student-enrollment,the mode of operation,teaching and management,and faculties between Independent College and ordinary colleges.In practice,these differences bring about development opportunities as well as practical problems to independent institute,which influences the further development of Independent College.Teaching as the core element of the talent training of university is also faced with many new problems in the implementation in Independent College.It is urgent to construct new teaching mode from the teaching philosophy,teaching methods,teaching ways and management.
