| 摘 要： | 管理哲学是工商管理专业一门专业必修课,对提升学生的思想力具有重要意义。从梳理管理哲学国内外发展现状入手,分析了管理哲学教学中存在的主要问题,从丰富教学内容、打造多元化授课方式和构建全程监管——多元考核体系三个方面,构建了适合该课程的教学考核创新体系。

| Abstract: | Management Philosophy is the professionally required course of business administration,it is very important for undergraduate to improve their thinking power.This paper started with carding the present situation of Management Philosophy at home and abroad,then analyzed the main problem in teaching this course,finally constructed the teaching and examination innovation system from enriching teaching contents,creating multivariate teaching way and whole course supervision-multivariate examination. |
