摘    要:新课程在少数民族地区的推广实施,不可避免地要受到多种因素的制约。在诸多因素中,教师因素中的教师问题较为突出。具体包括:教师的健康问题,老师的待遇问题,教师的继续教育问题,教师面临的学校管理问题。
