河南省城市创新能力空间差异分析

在经济全球化和区域经济一体化背景下,区域竞争与技术创新日益聚焦于大中城市。河南省必须通过提高城市创新能力来完善和开发城市的各项功能,增强城市竞争力,带动河南率先在中部实现中原崛起。本文以河南省18个地级市为基本单元,运用SPSS和ARCMAP等多元统计和技术分析软件,进行多指标的综合加权和聚类分析,得出了如下结论:河南省城市的创新能力总体上偏弱且存在明显的层次分异;中原城市群地区与其他地区城市创新能力梯度明显,且中原城市群内部城市创新能力发展水平的空间差异远远大于其他地区;河南省城市创新能力及其各子系统等基本上都呈现出西北强,东南弱的格局,各子系统之间保持高度的空间一致性;河南省缺少4个子系统都具有优势特征的城市,郑州独具3项优势特征,但是其企业技术创新能力偏低。

Analysis on Spatial Difference of City Innovation Ability in Henan

Under the background of economic globalization and regional economy integration,the regional competition and the technical innovation focuses on the large cities more and more.How to improve the city innovation ability to consummate and develop the city function and strengthen the city competitive ability is the requirement for the rising of middle part and also the key of the rising of central China.By constructing an index system for evaluating the city innovation ability base on city innovation system,this paper appraises the city innovation ability in Henan using such methods as principal component analysis.Arcmap technology,etc.The results indicate that:(1)City innovation ability appears obviously layered difference in Henan.The innovation ability of each city in Henan Province is on the weak side generally,there are few cities which innovation ability is strong,and there are many cities with relative weaker innovation ability.So,it is remarkable that the city innovation ability among regions produce a polarization.(2)At present,the level and the spatial difference of city innovation ability of city groups located in central China is higher than other city in Henan.(3)The overall innovation ability and its subsystem such as knowledge innovation,technological innovation ability,innovative network and environment and innovative performance of each city have basically formed a structure of northwest regions and decreasing progressively to the southeast.(4)Zhengzhou takes the Henan Province key city and the possible innovation radiation center of the Central China area in future,its enterprise technology innovation ability only to occupy Henan Province's middle reaches level,this need to bring our attention.
