教育中的移情智力新探

摘    要:移情智力是一个复杂的概念,它试图阐明主体间和主体内联系对学习产生哪些影响。移情智力是一种联系理论,它与教学和学习等"以人为中心"的情境和职业环境相关,是一种心理、认知、情感、社会和伦理功能的持久性体系。移情智力研究的目的在于为教师和其他教育工作者提供一个概念架构,以促进他们的专业发展。其核心是:当教育者能够与自己的思维和情感过程相协调,能够想象他人如何思维和感觉,并能运用他们的敏感和想象创设有意义、有生机的学习经验时,学习才是有效的。

Abstract:Empathic intelligence is a complex concept.The paper tries to elaborate those aspects of inter-subjective and intra-subjective engagements that have influence on learning.It is a theory of relatedness,connected with person-centered situations and professional contexts like teaching and learning.It is a sustained system of psychic,cognitive,affective,social and ethical functioning.The aim of the study of empathic intelligence is to provide teachers and other educators with a conceptual frame to enhance their professional development,with its central argument being that,when educators can be attuned to their own thinking and emotional processes and imagine how others think,feel and use their sensitivity and imagination to create meaningful and energetic learning experiences,learning is effective.
