| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种实践可持续发展理念的新型经济发展模式,是我国从根本上转变经济增长方式,减轻环境污染,应对新贸易保护主义及落实科学发展观,实现经济社会可持续发展的必然选择。认识上的误区及存在的困境阻碍着循环经济的快速发展,应通过完善法律法规,健全政府调节机制,创新技术支持及加强宣传教育等多方面措施,加快发展循环经济,真正将科学发展观落到实处。

| Abstract: | Recycle economy is a new economic development model to practice sustainable development theory.The development of recycle economy is the inevitable choice of China to fundamentally change the mode of economic growth,reduce environmental pollution,deal with new trade protectionism,and implement scientific concept of development.But mistaken idea and existing predicament are both hindering the fast development of recycle economy.To accelerate the development of recycle economy and really implement scientific concept of development involves intensifying the laws and regulations,perfecting government's regulating mechanism,innovating technical support and strengthening propagation and education. |
