摘    要:兔瞬膜条件反射是以声音结合电刺激瞬膜建立起来的条件反射。本文观察了侧脑室注射6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)对兔瞬膜条件反射的影响。结果表明:侧脑室注射6-OHDA可延缓瞬膜条件反射的建立,但非条件反射一直存在,6-OHDA对巩固后的条件反射没有影响。这提示:儿茶酚胺类物质参与条件反射的获得及其巩固过程的调制,而对长期记忆没有影响。

Abstract:Classical conditioning of the rabbit nictitating membrane response was accomplished by standard delay procedure of paired tone ( CS ) and electric ( US ) stimulus. Effects of intraventricular injection of 6-hydro-xydopamine ( 6-OHDA ) on nictitating membrane conditioning were investigated. It was observed that intraventricular injection of 6-OHDA caused suppression of nictitating membrane conditioning without affecting the unconditioned nictitating membrane response. These findings suggested that ca-techolamine ( CA ) played a modulatory role in the processes of acquisition and consolidation of conditioned reflex, but had no significant effect on long term memory.
