| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,现代科技发展日新月异,产品变化速度日益加快,顾客需求日趋多样化、个性化。随着全球经济趋于一体化,市场竞争日趋激烈,现代企业组织结构也呈现出一些明显的变动趋势,具体体现在五个方面:扁平化趋势、柔性化趋势、分立化趋势、网络化趋势和边界模糊化趋势。
