| 摘 要： | 法律规避是国际民商事法律关系中时常发生的一种现象,对该现象的有效处理,不仅涉及对国家法律尊严的维护,也能有效地推动国际民商事法律关系的发展.因此,必须在对法律规避现象的不断研究中,逐步完善我国的法律制度,促进我国同别国民商事交往的深入发展.

| Abstract: | The evasion of law is a usual phenomenon in international civil commerce legal relation,and the effective treatment of this phenomenon not only relates to protecting legal dignity of a country but also pushes forward the development of international civil commerce legal relations.Thus,in continu- ous research on the evasion of law,China should gradually perfects China's laws and regulations to promote the development of civil commerce exchange between China and other countries. |
