| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了劳动力市场转型期高等教育科类结构的发展变化及存在的问题，如人文基础学科发展态势平稳，应用性社会学科增长较快，工学、医学、教育学发展看好，但社会急需的应用型人才缺乏，农学发展极度缓慢，文科、理科在三类不同地区呈现出高度趋同性等，在此基础上提出了优化高等教育科类结构的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes under the background of transition of laber market,the problems in discipline structure of higher eduation has many problems.For example,the basic humanity discipline develops slowly;applicable social discipline increases comparatively quickly;engineering,medical science,pedagogics have promising fature;agricultural discipline develops extremely slowly and the society is short of applied talents that it needs badly.Liberal arts and science department are similar in three different kinds of areas.Lastly,the paper puts forward some recommendations about the adjustment and optimization of the discipline structure of higher education. |
