论现代文学散文的审美规范

五四新文学运动赋予散文以审美特征 ,使之成为与小说、诗歌、戏剧相并列的文学创作体裁之一。但受古代散文根深蒂固的影响和一些散文创作理论的规范 ,其审美特征曾一度有所削弱。文学散文跟小说、诗歌、戏剧相比较 ,其叙事、抒情应建立在对生活感受的精确把握上 ,要写出作者的性情和品格 ,要避免想象的程式化和结构的凝固化

On the Aesthetic Norms of Modern Prose

The New Literature Movement during the May 4th Movement (1919) gave aesthetic features to prose, enabling it to become one of the literary genres like fiction, poetry and drama. Because of the deep rooted influences from classical prose and the dominance of the norms of some prose theories, the aesthetic features of prose were weakened for some time. Compared with fiction, poetry and drama, narration and emotion expression in prose should be based on the accurate understanding of life experiences. Disposition and moral quality of the author must be given top priority, and routine imagination and rigid structure avoided.
