Abstract:In the process of the transformation of the whole system of the strategic reshuffle of state owned enterprises, the transformation of the enterprise manager compensation system is of vital importance for thelong time development of the enterprises. This paper is concerned with the current situation and reform practices of the Chinese enterprise manager compensation system, and evaluates and designs the future path of the transformation of the compensation system using modern enterprise and human resource management theories.
