| 摘 要： | 全球金融服务贸易协议的达成 ,是金融全球化的结果 ,对于世界经济与我国经济必将产生重要的影响 ,为了实现我国政府承诺承担的开放义务 ,积极、稳妥地推动我国金融市场的开放 ,我们应当重视对该协议的研究 ,并进一步完善我国的金融法制 ,深化我国金融法制的改革 ,建立起应对金融全球化和自由化的反应机制

| Abstract: | The Global Financial Services Trade Agreement is the result of financial globalization, and will exert a strong influence on world economy and Chinese economy. To fulfill the promises and obligations of the Chinese government to open to the outside world, and push forward the opening of the Chinese financial market actively and steadily, careful studies of the Agreement must be stressed, reforms in the Chinese financial legal system furthered, the Chinese financial legal system perfected, and the response mechanism geared to financial globalization and liberalization established. |
