| Abstract: | The key to the successful running of state owned enterprise lies in the improvement in its competitive ability, and so more efforts must be made to reform property ownership, to accelerate technological innovation of state owned enterprises, to develop human resources, and to optimize the external environment of state owned enterprises. |
