摘    要:思想道德素质对大学生就业产生至关重要的影响,它主要表现为六大维度:是大学生就业价值取向的风向标,面试成功与否的试金石。面对就业挫折的磨刀石,规避求职陷阱的“安全阀”,能否遵守就业合同的界碑,也是事业成功与否的分水岭。可以说思想道德素质对大学生整个就业过程产生全面、深远的影响。所以,提高大学生的思想道德素质将有助于提高其就业率。

Abstract:Ideological and moral quality has pivotal influence on graduate employment, which is mainly shown as having six dimensions: (1) an vane for value orientation of graduates in their employments; (2) a touch-stone for a successful interview; (3) a grindstone to face the frustration of employment; (4) a relief valve to avoid traps of job-hunting; (5) a mere stone for them to obey employment contracts; and (6) a watershed for success in their causes. It produces all-around and far-roaching influences on the whole process of their employment. So improving the ideological and moral qualities of students will help to increase their employment rates.
