中国面临严峻就业问题的危害、成因及对策

本文首先引用详实的数据,说明当前和今后一个时期中国面临着严峻的就业问题,并客观分析归纳了严峻就业问题的四大危害和五点成因,然后指出下岗失业的社会风险可以防患和规避,关键在于认清下岗失业的危害并正视其风险.为此,笔者提出我国规避失业风险,必须采取建立完善的失业保障和社会救助体系,健全失业风险的监测预警和规避化解机制等五项应对策略和措施.
