| 摘 要： | “以德治国”的基础是以德育人,其根本任务是提高公民思想道德素质。要完成这个任务,必须实现道德素质更新和德育创新。培养公民现代的科学精神、道德责任义务、公正观念、诚信意识和自律能力,实现道德教育向养成型、和谐型、开放式、自主式转轨。

| Abstract: | The basis of"administering a country with morals"is to educate its people with morals the essential assignment of which is to improve the quality of its people's ideology and morality.In order to achieve the aim it is very required to renew the concept of the quality of morals and the education of morals.It is als o important to foster its citizens'modern scientific brains moral responsibil-ity justness idea loyalty consciousness self-control ability and sound character and change the education of morals into a nurturant type hamonious type raising type open type and self-determination type. |
