| 摘 要： | 人才是一个国家和社会发展最重要的战略资源。在实施人才强国战略的新形势下,人才引进工作在高校实施人才强校战略中具有十分重要的作用。本文对当前地方高校人才引进工作存在的四个主要问题进行了简要分析,并有针对性地提出了加强和改进地方高校人才引进工作的对策。

| Abstract: | Talent is the most important strategic resource for the development of a country and a society. Talent introduction plays a very important role in the strategy of strengthening schools with talent in the new situation of strengthening country with talent. This paper briefly analyzes the four main problems exposed in talent introduction in local colleges and universities and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening and reforming the talent introduction in local colleges and universities. |
