| 摘 要： | 探索企业竞争优势形成的原因,以及创造和保持持续的竞争优势是当代战略管理理论的使命。但对于企业资源、能力研究,一直都是战略管理研究中的难题。本文首先对产业组织学派、资源学派和能力学派进行分析和评价,逐步形成基于企业战略能力的竞争优势研究方法,从而寻找企业基业长青的新理论。

First, analysis and appraisal industrial organization school of thought, resources school of thought and ability school of thought, forms the research technique about competitive advantage bases on strategic ability gradually, seeks to the new theory for the enterprise continues to develop. |
