基于绿色供应链的采购管理研究

本文从绿色供应链对采购管理的要求出发,论述了企业在采购管理过程中,其目标既要保证经济效益的实现,还要不断提高其环境绩效,以创造和谐的环境、社会、企业关系,构建企业的富有竞争力的绿色供应链体系。为此,建立以合作各方充分信息的交流为基础,制定企业科学的采购战略、合理的采购标准、可行的绩效评价体系和改进措施,不断发展与绿色供应商的战略合作伙伴关系,并以现代信息技术和物流技术等管理手段为支持,以绿色环境因素为关注焦点的采购管理模型,是实现绿色供应链管理的一种科学的、有效的途径。

The Purchasing Management Based on Green Supply Chain

In terms of request of green supply chain on purchasing management,the goal of purchasing management is discussed.This paper points out that purchasing management must take its keystone on completing economical performance and developing environmental performance,promoting the harmonious relations among the enviornmant and the society and the enterprises,and establishing compertitive green supply chain.For these reasons,the purchasing management model driven by environmental factor is put forward.The model takes sufficient information exchanges as foundation,sets down purchasing tactic and standard,develops mutual trust,benefits and risk share partnership estabiished with suppliers,takes modern information and logistics technology as support to realize the management of green supply chain,the performances of economical and environmental should be improved.
