| 摘 要： | 两汉酷吏既具有酷、能、傲、廉的共同特征,又在吏道观、执政方式、法律意识以及人格追求上具有各自的时代特性,这与儒学在两汉政治地位和社会影响的不同密切相关。两汉酷吏对封建社会的执政理念、法律精神和史学评价等方面都产生了深远影响。

| Abstract: | The cruel officials in the Western and Eastern Han Dynasties not only share such common characteristics as cruelty,capability,arrogance,and honesty,but possess particular characteristics of the times such as views of official morality,governing means,law awareness,and pursuit of personality,which has a close relationship with the different political position and social influence of Confucianism in the Western and Eastern Han Dynasties.The cruel officials in the Han Dynasty impose a far-reaching influence on the feudal society in the aspects of governing philosophy,law spirit,historical comment,and so on. |
