| 摘 要： | 加快农业结构战略性调整,努力增加农民收入,是新阶段我国农业和农村工作的中心任务和基本目标。搞好农业结构战略性调整,必须充分认识和突破农业结构战略性调整的制约因素,采取得力措施大力推进农业结构不断优化和升级,推动传统农业向现代农业转变。
