欧盟区域一体化给东亚合作带来的启示

欧盟与东盟是处于欧亚大陆的两个具有较强影响力的区域性国际组织。欧盟作为欧洲一体化现阶段发展的最新形式,其发展过程中许多成功经验,特别是经济领域的合作绩效,值得东盟以及中、日、韩等东亚国家学习和借鉴。对于东亚来说应优先考虑经济领域的合作,制定共同的农业政策,建立经济和货币同盟,逐步削减或取消关税,东亚地区真正实现自由贸易,互惠互利、双赢共存。政治领域应着重加强中日合作,加快东盟与中、日、韩合作的步伐,共同致力于东亚地区的和平与稳定。

Experiences East Asian Countries Got from European Union's Success

European Union and East Asian Union are two important regional international organizations in Euro-Asia Continent. European Union takes great inspiration both to itself and to the east-Asian countries such as China, Japan and the Republic of Korea in the economic and political unification. This article focuses that East-Asian countries should eliminate trade obstacle,make the same policy in agriculture,form economic and currency alliance, strengthen Sino-Japanese cooperation. Only in these ways can the countries of East-Aisa speed up their cooperation.
