| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国政府开始引入新的信息传播机制和方法,我国的政府信息传播发生了根本性的变革,实现了三个转变,即从封闭到开放的转变,从一元到多元的转变,从宣传到传播的转变。但是我国的政府信息传播还存在着诸多问题,不容忽视。
