| 摘 要： | 西方和平演变战略在苏联演变过程中起了作用,这是不争的事实,但作用的程度如何,却有不同的看法。在西方世界,有一种观点认为这一战略起了决定性的作用。作者认为,从苏联演变的过程看,由于在苏联国内、苏共内部存在主张走资本主义道路的内应力量,他们从内部配合了敌对势力的需要,从而促成了演变的事实。如果没有内应力量,西方的和平演变势力即便强大,也很难起到实质性的作用。
