| 摘 要： | 当前,农村基础教育还存在着教育资源配置不平衡、"留守孩子"教育不到位、乡镇政府没有承担起对教育的责任、农村基础教育目标不明确、具体问题没有进行分类研究、对新出现的教育问题的研究缺乏针对性等等问题,在实践中应该通过坚持教育公平、注重综合治理、强化领导责任、采取分类指导、重点调查研究突出问题等等方法进行解决。
