| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济、科技、法律的迅速发展和国际化进程的加快，已有的知识产权人才已经远远不能满足社会需求，急需通过本科教育进行知识产权人才的大量培养。知识产权专业对高素质、复合型人才的要求使本科层次知识产权人才的培养模式与一般本科培养模式有较大不同。目前我国高等院校还没有形成比较统一的知识产权本科人才培养模式。对本科层次知识产权人才培养模式的探索必将促进我国知识产权教育与知识产权保护的迅速发展。
