| Abstract: | Principle of impution of product liability embodies the value option of law.Proper principle of impution can protect the legal rights and interests of victims cmainly customers and promote the manufacturer to improve the product quality so as to create more social wealth.The paper makes a historical and current introduction to the principle of impution of product liability in various countries,intending to have some enlightenment on the principle of impution of product liability in our country. |
