| 摘 要： | 从民主党派监督对实现党的执政能力建设的总体目标的重要性入手,分析了民主党派监督在党的执政能力建设中的独特优势,指出了它在执政能力建设中的巨大作用,论述了加强党的执政能力建设还必须从加强党对民主监督的领导、创新民主监督的内容和形式、支持民主党派加强自身建设等方面下功夫。

| Abstract: | Based on the importance of democratic parties' supervision to the overall goal of implementing the Party's ruling ability construction,the paper analyses the unique superiority of democratic parties' supervision,points out its great effects on the Party's ruling ability construction,and expounds,in such construction,the necessity of strengthening the Party's leadership in democratic parties' supervision,innovating the content and form of democratic party's supervision,as well as backing the self-construction of democratic party. |
