中国式现代化建设中农民价值观的迭代跃升

中国农民价值观的迭代跃升,遵循新中国成立后的价值同质建构向改革开放后社会主义制度下的多元价值衍生、再向新时代多元基础上的价值共识诉求的转变趋势,并呈现出主体观向主体意识、利益观向公私协力、文明观向团体文明、生态观向尊重自然、道德观向现代情理的演化形态。以中国式现代化的五个基本特征为遵循,农民价值观迭代跃升的时代诉求聚焦于农民的主体观、利益观、文明观、生态观、道德观分别向自主自强、共赢共富、平等包容、和谐共生、向上向善的价值方向整体跃升。现阶段要从创新问题瞄准机制、遵循“指导 引领 人本”贯通原则、顺应“传承 借鉴 淬炼”递进理路、强化“政府 组织 农民”联动保障入手,进行系统整体推进,以实现全方位的价值跃升目标。

The Iterative Leap of Farmers’ Values in China’s Modernization Construction

The iterative and upward trend of the values of Chinese farmers follows the transformation trend of value homogeneity construction after the establishment of New China,the derivation of diverse values under the socialist system after the reform and opening up,and the value consensus demands based on multiple foundations in the new era.It presents the evolutionary forms of subjective perspective to subject consciousness,interests to cooperation between public and private,civilization to group civilization,ecological awareness to reverence for nature,and moral outlook to modern sentiment and reason.Following the five basic characteristics of Chinese style modernization,the demands of the new era focus on the overall improvement of the farmers’ subjective view,interest view,civilization view, ecological view, and moral outlook towards the values of autonomy and self improvement,win win and common prosperity, equality and inclusiveness,harmony and symbiosis, and progress and goodness.At the current stage, we should start from the innovation of problem oriented mechanisms, follow the principle of “guidance leadership people oriented”,conform to the progressive principle of “inheritance reference tempering”,and strengthen the linkage and guarantee of “government organization farmers” to promote the system as a whole,in order to achieve a comprehensive value leap goal.
