| 摘 要： | 由于现代企业中所有权与经营权的分离,经营者管理目标与所有者目标可能会不一致。因此,所有者应设计一个合理的治理结构来选择和监控经营者。本文着重从“管理效用最大化”目标出发,论述国有企业治理结构中经营者的选择问题。

| Abstract: | The manager's objective may ha different horn that of the owner's because the right of management is Separated from the right of ownership in a modem enterprise. So, it is necessary for an owner to design an administration structure to select and supervise the manager. In this paper, the author discusses haw to select managers for state-owned enterprises mainly born the perspective of the "managerial utility maximization" objective. |
