| 摘 要： | 发展中国家经济发展的趋势表明 ,人均GDP到 10 0 0美元后是个关键时刻。因此 ,强调以人为本、坚持科学的发展观 ,目的是 ,既要让经济持续发展 ,又要能满足人民群众不断增长的多方面需求。文章从不断提高经济增长质量、城乡协调发展与农民增收的关系、缓解就业、政府职能的转变、北京的发展等几个方面做了具体论述

| Abstract: | The trend of economic growth in developing countries has indicated that it is a crucial phase when the annual income per capita exceeds USD 1,000. Therefore in order to attain sustainable development of the economy, as well as to fulfill the various increasing needs of the people, we should persist in the concept of scientific development with a people-oriented viewpoint. The paper discusses the following aspects: the quality of economic growth, the balanced development of the urban and rural areas with the increasing income of the rural people, the remission of the employment pressures, the transformation of government functions, and the development of the Capital. |
