| 摘 要： | 高等学校毕业生就业制度由国家统包分配,到毕业生自主择业的转变过程中,出现的就业难问题显得越来越突出了,帮助大学生从学生生涯到职业生涯转变的职业指导工作成为我国高等教育的重要内容。高校职业指导要与大学生思想政治工作相结合,提升职业指导的水平。
