| 摘 要： | 落实科学发展观,大力推进循环经济发展,是实施可持续发展战略的具体体现。循环经济是人类经济社会发展的最佳运行模式。我国应加快制定相关经济政策,加快建设环境产业市场,建立绿色国民经济核算体系,加强循环经济的宣传教育和法制建设,以促进我国循环经济的发展。

| Abstract: | To put the view of scientific development into effect, and go all out to promote the growth of circulation economy, this is the practical reflection of the implementation of the sustainable development strategy. Circulation economy is the best working model of the development of human economic society. In order to promote the growth of circulation economy, China must speed up the formulation of relative economic policies, accelerate the construction of environmental industry market, build up the accounting system for national green economy, and strengthen the propagation of circulation economy and corresponding law institutions. |
