| Abstract: | The political civilization contains three main asp ects such as political system,law system and democratic system.Governing the cou ntry by the rule of law may guarantee and consolidate teh political system with the Chinese characteristics,promote the perfection of law system,show and guaran tee the democratic system.Therefore,promoting the process of governing the count ry by the rule of law can inevitably accelerate the process of socialist politic al civilization with the Chinese characteristics. |
