| 摘 要： | 知识经济是以知识为基础的经济,作为知识和信息重要载体的高校学报,其优势地位是举足轻重的。知识经济的发展对高校学报编辑提出了更高的素质要求。根据高校学报编辑队伍的特点,分析了知识经济条件下高校编辑应具备的素质,提出了加强继续教育、从事第一线科研工作、在编辑实践中完善提高、自学成才等培养途径。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy is the economy which is based on knowledge.The dominant position of college journal is very important,which takes knowledge and information as its flit erature.The development of knowledge economy has put forward the greater task of the college journal and has also issued the much higher quality requirements.Due to this,the editing of college journal should continuously adjust to and perfect its knowledge tructure and quality structure of different aspects.It should do its bit for the cause of college journal sinour country. |
