| 摘 要： | 生源质量是人才培养质量的基础,是学校改革和发展的晴雨表。本文认为,新形势下,高校招生工作具有基础性、系统性、全员性、公平性和开放性等特点。高校要紧紧把握新时期招生工作的基本特点,不断加强和改进招生工作,努力提高学校生源质量和人才培养质量,实现规模、结构、质量、效益的协调发展。
