论清初畿辅的投充旗地

在清初圈占旗地时 ,内务府及八旗贵族等 ,为了获取更多的土地和补充庄园劳动力 ,曾一度大量收取投充人 ,投充亦成清初之“恶政”之一。八旗王公和内务府等将投充地亩设置纳银庄 ,将带投土地多者为庄头。另外一些没有带来土地的投充者 ,他们可以为主人分得绳地 ,并成为内务府皇庄和八旗王公庄园的劳动力 ,此类投充者解决了清初八旗庄园因“逃人”而致使劳动力匮乏的问题 ,故清初曾一时出现八旗赖投充者为生的局面。

Those who came to Eight Banner nobles and Imperial Household Department with their land became village head and those without land became labors who could get cord land for their masters. In this way, Eight Banner nobles solved the issue of scarce labors and live on them.
