摘    要:群众文化是以公益性为前提的文化活动,它通过丰富多彩的文化生活,最大限度地满足人民群众对文化生活的需求,促进社会主义精神文明建设,促进物质文明的进步和发展.群众文化的生命力在于群众的参与和创造.应坚持以人为本,树立品牌意识,提升群众文化魅力,以艺术品牌、人才品牌、品牌形象带动群众文化的繁荣,促进人的全面发展.

Abstract:On the premise of public welfare,populace culture aims to satisfy the needs of the populace for cultural lives to the utmost through richly colorful cultural lives,prompting the construction of socialist intellectual civilization,as well as to impetus the progresses and the development of material civilization.The vitality of populace culture lies in the participation and the creativity of the populace,with the persistence of humanism and the establishment of the brand consciousness,as well as enhances of the charm of populace culture,to impetus the prosperity of the populace culture by means of the artistic brand,the talented person brand and the brand image,prompting the comprehensive development of the individuals.
