从庆历新政和王安石变法看韩琦

韩琦是北宋时期著名的政治家，面对北宋早期的种种社会问题，他积极参加了庆历新政的变法革新，但后来因王安石变法的具体措施损害了下层民众的利益，同王安石的改革设想不同因而，他又强烈地反对这一变法。
