摘    要:明代是我国茶叶生产大发展的时期。茶叶产区进一步扩大 ,基本奠定了今天的茶区体系 ;不少原来不产茶的地区开始栽种茶树 ,整个南方尤其是江南地区茶产兴盛 ,名品繁多 ;茶树栽培和茶园管理技术有所提高 ,尤其是制茶技术发生了划时代的变革 ;茶类得到空前发展 ,绿茶、黑茶、白茶、黄茶、乌龙茶、花茶都始兴或进一步发展 ,从而开创了我国传统茶业发展的新时代。

Abstract:During Ming Dynasty,the growth of tea was widely developed;the area of tea grown was enlarged,which was almost as much as that of the nowadays;the growth of tea was prosperous in southern China;the production of tea far improved;the species of tea were developed,there appearing green tea,black tea,white tea,yellow tea oolong tea and scented tea.
