西安市居民收入差距与低收入群体的实证分析

分配体制的改革,打破了平均主义,这必然会带来收入差距的扩大;政府鼓励一部分人先富起来的政策促进生产力发展的同时,由于监督机制缺位,甚至权力的介入,产生了大量不合理的收入,这必然带来收入差距的变化。近年来,居民的收入差距不断扩大,使低收入群体的收入水平相对更低,收入增速不断下降,其消费水平受到很大的制约。对此采取适当的措施加以解决,成为当前社会经济的一个根本矛盾问题。

An Analysis of Income Difference among Residents and Low-incomed Group of People in Xi'an City

Reforms in distribution system and elimination of equalitarianism result in greater income difference among residents.Government's policy to encourage a small part of people to become rich promotes development of productive forces,but on the other hand,gives rise to greater income difference for the reasons of unreasonable supervision system,interference from power and the great amount of illegal income.Measures have to be taken against decrease of income of low-incomed group of people as well as their consumption level which is a fundamental contradiction in the economic development of the present China.
