论新型工业化背景下核文化的民族化

新型工业化要求我们必须大力发展安全、可靠、经济、清洁的核能，而影响核能发展的重要因素之一就是公众接受性。要提高核能的公众接受性，就必须向公众大力宣传和推广核文化。核文化是国际组织提出并推广到全球的，具有普遍的指导意义。我国在引进和推广核文化的过程中，必须在坚持民族文化和国家利益的前提下，对其内容、形式、手段进行民族化，建设具有中国特色的核文化，推进核文化的大众化，以提高社会公众对核能的认知、理解和信任，提高公众接受核能应用的认同性。
