| 摘 要： | 成人学生的学习是一项非常复杂的学习活动,提高成人学生的学习效果是成人高等教育所面临的重要课题,笔者在长期的实践中发现,成人学生的非智力因素的培养,对其学习的促进作用很大,培养成人学生的非智力因素值得认真研究.
