哈佛大学高层次人才队伍建设的基本经验及启示

摘    要:世界著名学府哈佛大学在其370多年的发展历程中,极为重视高层次人才队伍建设,不仅赋予了高层次人才极高的战略定位,而且通过坚持“三A”的学术原则、实行科学严谨、公开公平的教师聘任制度、不惜重金引进高层次人才并为之提供完善的福利待遇、搭建人才职业发展的平台以及采用“在于改进,而不在于证明”的绩效评估方法,营造了哈佛大学高层次人才生存和职业发展的优良的生态环境。我国研究型大学在创建世界一流大学的过程中,应积极借鉴哈佛大学的先进经验。
