| 摘 要： | 本文在总结国际金融中心主要模式及特征的基础上 ,分析了上海建设国际金融中心的相关条件 ,认为上海应该建设成为“以国内经济发展为依托、从制度设计上要服务于国内市场的功能型国际金融中心”模式 ,并提出了实现这些模式的相关对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the major modes of international financial centers,the paper holds such a view that Shanghai should be built into a multi-function international financial center relying on the economic development of China and serving the market in China.Suggested countermeasures to build such a center are presented in the paper. |
