“服务学习”视阈中的高校青年志愿服务

摘    要:服务学习具有将社区服务与学术课程结合起来的课程与教学取向,具有明确而真实的学习目标、适应真实的社区需要、学生做决定以及分析性反思四个特征。服务学习理念对我国高校青年志愿服务体系的构建提供了诸多启示:理念上要以学生为本,活动内容与形式上要以社区为基础,训练和督导要以专业化为目标,维系和奖励要以自我满足为需要。

Abstract:Learning in service is a curricular and teaching orientation that incorporates community service with academic curricula. It is characterized by real and definite learning objectives, adaptability to the reality of communities, student autonomy in decision-making, and analytic reflection. It proves enlightening, in several aspects, to the establishment of a network of college youth voluntary service in China, namely:the student-centered philosophy of education, the community-based content and form, the professional objective, and the self-satisfaction-oriented encouragement.
