| 摘 要： | 毛泽东在长期领导中国革命和建设的实践过程中,把马克思主义法学理论同我国的革命和建设的实际相结合,创造性地提出了自己的土地立法思想。研究毛泽东土地立法思想的形成和主要内容,总结我党在民主革命、社会主义革命与建设时期土地立法与实践的经验和教训,对于今天我国的土地法制建设,构建社会主义和谐社会,具有重要的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | In the process of the Chinese revolution and construction,Mao Zedong combined law theory of Marxism-Leninism with our revolution and construction of our country and creatively proposed his own thoughts of land legislation.We should study their formation and main contents and summarize the experience in their practice in democratic revolution and socialist revolution and construction.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to our present land legislation and construction of harmonious society. |
