| 摘 要： | 通过国际通行做法的实例 ,论述了高校贷款只是我国当前解决高校资金缺口的权宜之计。分析了高校负债建设对其发展的利弊 ,以及高校贷款所担负的风险。同时就当前高校贷款存在的问题 ,提出高校应正确自我定位 ,制定并实施与银行合作的主动策略 ,探讨最终解决高校贷款的模式与方法

| Abstract: | The author, in accordance with the international common practice, first expounds in this paper his view that using university loans is only an expedient measure to solve the present problems in financial shortage in China's colleges and universities. He also analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and risks in using university loans for the development and construction of higher education institutions. In light of the problems existing in utilization of university loans, the author suggests that colleges and universities should, according to their own actual situation, formulate policies and cooperate with banks to find out solutions to the problems . |
