| 摘 要： | 日本联合国外交的基本动因包括世界的合作性增强、联合国的改革和国际社会的“支持”等国际环境因素，以及经济实力增强、“政治大国”目标的建立等国内因素。其“入常”的外部制约因素包括美国的举棋不定、亚洲国家的不信任和非洲拉美国家的竞争等，内部制约包括经济、政治、法律、历史等原因。

| Abstract: | The basic motives of Japan's diplomacy in UN include such international factors as the enhanced global cooperation,the UN reform,and international "support" and such domestic factors as developed economic power,the established goal for a "politic giant".The external constraints for its "becoming a permanent member of Security Council" include USA's hesitation,distrust from Asian countries,and competition from African and Latin-American countries;the internal constraints are related to economy,politics,law,and history. |
